We were very happy to be the caterer for the launch of the new Hybrid Bentley. Our site kitchen was nestled in the heart of Billingshurst in a beautiful house chosen for its stunning grounds.
The key message was sustainability, low carbon footprint and using locally produce where possible. The VIP’s and team were treated every morning to our yummy bacon brioches, smoothies and freshly picked eggs from the venues very own Swedish hens. At lunch we BBQ’d Surrey Hills chicken satay kebabs and sausages, slow cooked delicious pulled pork, and served beautifully fresh lettuce, picked that morning from the garden, to accompany our salads. Finally, as the day came to an end our triple chocolate brownies and lemon drizzle were available to take home with a proper Columbian takeaway coffee.
It was an absolute pleasure to be part of such a lovely event.
